Bullets and Bandages is a 2-day (16 hours) class designed to provide the end-user with the basic
knowledge necessary to “be the difference” in a life-threatening trauma situation and to work through various problems one may encounter in a use-of-force scenario.
On day 1, the student will learn basic human anatomy and physiology, injuries to the various systems of the body and how best to treat them as well as medical kit training, mass casualty principles and 911 communication. The day will end with various hands-on practical applications.
On day 2, the student will be on the range where they will go through different training evolutions
designed to prepare them for single-hand firearms manipulation as well as tourniquet applications and rapid trauma assessments.

PISTOL WITH AT LEAST 3 FUNCTIONAL MAGAZINES (6 IF SHOOTING SINGLE-STACK PISTOL)
HOLSTER, MAGAZINE POUCHES, MEDICAL KIT, WRAPAROUND EYE PROTECTION, HEARING PROTECTION, WATER, SUNSCREEN, NOTEPAD/PEN, HAT, INCLEMENT WEATHER GEAR (AS NEEDED)
400 ROUNDS MINIMUM
NOTE: THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED SKILL LEVEL CLASS. STUDENT MUST HAVE COMPLETED
AT LEAST 103 LEVEL CLASSES WITH COMPLETION OF 104 LEVEL CLASSES HIGHLY ADVISED.
Range fee of $25/day ($50 total) will be collected on TD1, please have cash ready. Members of Racine County Line Rifle Club are exempt from range fees
