DESCRIPTION:This holster skills clinic.  You must have some basic safety training\, NRA pistol\, IL ccw\, etc… We will cover aspects of holster work from square 1\, no prior holster skill required.  This session will take place on an open range\, which means on a firing line\, no stalls\, and hot.  Get live fire reps in under the supervision of an instructor and go beyond what you can normally do on a public range.  A large variety of rental firearms and holsters are available with advance notice.  Students will need 200 rounds of ammo\, eye and ear protection and appropriate range attire. \n

SUMMARY:Performance on Demand
DESCRIPTION:Performance on Demand \n  \nPerformance on demand is going to focus on the mental and physical process of pressing the trigger.  This clinic is all range time\, all slow fire\, and all on B-8s.  This will be a primer on achieving excellence and absolute accountability and accuracy.  We will spend our time between 10 and 25 yards.  The objective of this course is to get the student to understand the process of moving the trigger without moving the gun and how that process can change at various distances.  This is not a beginner course; you must know how to run your gun well\, so show up ready to hit the ground running.  Students will need 200rds minimum.

DESCRIPTION:This is a 4hr open range session where we will run drills allowing you to practice skills live fire that you normally couldn’t on a public range.  Though this is not a formal class\, coaching will occur where necessary as it pertains to each drill.  Previous formal training is required as this is not meant for first time shooters.  You will need to be comfortable with gun safety\, operation of your gun\, and use of a holster if you plan on drawing the gun from one. \nStudents will need: \n150 rounds of ammo at minimum \n3 mags \nA safe holster that allows for one handed use \nRange appropriate safety gear including eye and ear protection \nRange/ weather appropriate clothing. \n

DESCRIPTION:This is a follow up class to the TECC active bystander/ civilian first care provider course.  There will be a brief review of skills at the start of class.  This session will focus on the application of skills previously learned and be a simple scenario driven event.  All students must have prior training on the treatment of traumatic injuries.  All training gear and supplies will be provided by the instructor.  If you wish to bring your own trainers feel free.  If time allows and you would like the instructor to evaluate your personal medical kits please bring those as well.  Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty or possibly stained.  As always there will be med kits and supplies available for purchase.
